A portfolio site I made for a fellow student. It was the first project in which I decided not to reinvent the wheel and instead look for existing solutions. I learned a lot about using Javascript libraries, AJAX to communicate with services in Twitter/Flickr/etc. (no longer on the site), and SoundCloud.
The whole thing was put together really fast using static HTML. Unfortunately, Jakes hasn’t updated his site in a while, so some of his works on SoundCloud no longer load in the Listening Room.
